The Indus valley civilization is perhaps India’s most ancient mystery.which is in Pakistan now. There are many unanswered questions about this great civilization that was larger than the ancient Egyptian and Mesopotamian civilizations combined. The secrets behind the identity of the people who created it and their puzzling 4000-year-old Indus pictograph script are yet to be discovered. b.Many scholars now believe the collapse of the Indus Valley Civilization was caused by climate change.
c.The eastward shift of monsoons may have reduced the water supply, forcing the Harappans of the Indus River Valley to migrate and establish smaller villages and isolated farms.These small communities could not produce the agricultural surpluses needed to support cities, which where then abandoned.

The last and seventh ruler of Asaf Jah dynasty, Mir Osman Ali Khan, famous for his idiosyncrasies, was also known for his stunning collection of jewellery.
The total worth of 173 jewellery pieces (a fraction acquired by Government of India) is worth Rs 5,000 crore!
One necklace comprised 226 diamonds weighing nearly 150 carats. It is said Osman Ali Khan used to handle his baubles as if they were marbles.
His fabulous personal wealth and most of the famed Nizam jewellery were never recovered after his death. It is believed they still lie somewhere in the underground chambers of King Kothi Palace in Hyderabad where the Nizam lived most of his life.
4.The Royal Treasure of Jaigarh Fort (Baadshaho movie)
Jaigarh fort’s history is filled with tales of intrigue and treasures. It is believed that while returning from a successful campaign in Afghanistan, Man Singh, Akbar’s defence minister, hid the spoils of war in Jaigarh Fort. In 1977, at the height of the Emergency in India, Jaigarh Fort found itself in the spotlight again when then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi launched a thorough search of the fort on a tip-off that the water tanks hid the Mughal treasure. Lal Bahadur Shastri’s sudden demise, barely two years after his taking over as the Prime Minister of India, took place in a foreign country. He died due to cardiac arrest under suspicious circumstances in Tashkent in 1966, giving rise to reports of dark conspiracies behind his death. Kuldhara is an abandoned village in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, India. Established around 13th century, it was once a prosperous village inhabited by Paliwal Brahmins.the ghost town of Kuldhara was a prosperous town of Paliwal Brahmins a few hundred years ago. Until one fatal night, when all its 1500 residents left the village without a trace. No one knows exactly why but according to legend, they left the village to escape from the evil ruler Salim Singh and his unjust taxes, and while leaving, they left a curse on the area.no one saw the villagers escaping from the village. It is also said that anyone who tries to stay in the village dies a brutal death and, till date, Kuldhara remains uninhabited.it has been now a popular tourist attraction any many Bollywood movies use is as set for horror movies.
9. Jodhpur's Sonic Boom (December 18, 2012)
A Sonic Boom is caused by an airplane breaking past the speed of sound. This is a thing that doesn’t happen very usually as planes don’t fly at such high speeds over residential areas. But on December 18, 2012, a more than deafening sonic boom rattled the city of Jodhpur. While many believed it to be an Air Force exercise, the Army refused of any such drills. 10.Son Bhandar Caves of Bihar (hidden doorway)
Hollowed out of a single giant rock, the Son Bhandar cave of Rajgir in Bihar is believed to be the doorway to the riches of Bimbisara, a Magadhan king who loved hoarding treasures. Son Bhandar literally translates to ‘store of gold’. It is said that when Bimbisara was imprisoned by his son Ajatashatru, this is the place where his wife hid the treasure on his orders. Undecipherable inscriptions in the Sankhlipi script found etched on the wall of the western cave, are purportedly the clues to open the doorway. The British once tried to cannonball their way through the supposed doorway, but without success, leaving just a black mark that’s still visible.
